Döllerer’s tavern
Döllerer´s tavern provides guests with an uncomplicated sense of originality and plenty of warm hospitality. Social gatherings have been taking place here for the last 100 years. Today it serves the finest Austrian cuisine in a comfortable relaxed ambience and has been awarded 1 Gault Millau toque. The cosy rooms contain rustic wooden tables beneath a historic stone vaulted ceiling and both locals from the surrounding area and international guests come here to dine. Hotel guests can also enjoy their delicious Döllerer breakfast here.

Döllerer’s butcher’s & delicatessen
The company’s own butcher’s guarantees the unique high quality of the meats and delicatessen products served here. Döllerer´s fresh veal sausages are supplied to some of the best gourmet addresses in Austria and are renowned far beyond the country’s borders. The name Bacaro is taken from the wine bars of Venice but there is no need to fear the unknown here! Döllerer´s Enoteca & Bacaro, one of the best wine bars in Austria, is located at the Brennhoflehen just before the gateway to Golling and is the perfect place to sample some exquisite wines and Mediterranean antipasti. Tasteful accessories, small decorative items and a comprehensive range of books are also on offer at Döllerer´s Enoteca & Bacaro.The location is also a hotspot for parties, wine tasting sessions and exceptional seminars. We regularly invite our guests to attend enjoyable wine tasting sessions with some renowned wine-growers. Döllerer's wine merchants is a paradise for wine enthusiasts. Here at the Brennhoflehen at the gateway to Golling, some 200,000 wines from the best vintages and most famous vineyards such as Chateau Petrus, Chateau Cheval blanc, Scavino, Jermann, Rampolla, San Leonardo, Capannelle, Emilio Moro and the Austrian wine-growing elite are available. The team of experts including Hermann, Raimund and Christian Döllerer supply top class local restaurants and renowned businesses in Bavaria and South Tyrol and are on hand to provide comprehensive support from devising the wine menu to training employees and organising wine tours.
