Introducing the Döllerer family of restaurateurs

Anyone who has ever eaten at Döllerer’s will understand why this magnificent world of cuisine and hospitality is famous far beyond local borders. There is always something new awaiting guests at Döllerer’s worlds of pleasure.

But one thing always stays the same:
pleasure at the highest level

This refers to the bustling activity front of house and behind the scenes. A family of 16 live here and look after their guests with plenty of passion and commitment. Changes in the generations flow smoothly as no one in the Döllerer family can imagine a life without work! The parents’ generation have now stepped back to let the younger Döllerers take the reins.

Christl Döllerer now welcomes guests to the hotel, restaurant and tavern. And of course she has to manage her husband, Andreas, who cooks up a storm in the kitchens!

Raimund Döllerer jun. and his brother Christian can be found at Döllerer’s Enoteca & Bacaro among more than 200,000 bottles of wine which Döllerer’s wine merchants supplies to the country’s top restaurants.

The pair are supported by their uncle and the owner, Hermann Döllerer, who is responsible for the ongoing changes made over the last few decades, pushing the ‘Döllerer’ to the very top of the wine industry. He frequently tours Austria selling wine and undertaking PR work.

Sabine, Raimund’s better half, can be found wherever her husband needs assistance. Her passion is for decorating and she is responsible for creating the charming ambience at Döllerer’s worlds of pleasure.

Raimund Senior continues to be a passionate butcher. No one makes sausages with more passion than he does. Raimund creates the speciality foods for the delicatessen which experts also associate with ‘Döllerer´s sausage manufacturer’. His fresh veal sausages are always served with a glass of champagne and have achieved cult status – and not just in Vienna’s gourmet circles.

The two grandmothers, Martha and Marianne, like to spend time with their grandchildren above all else. There are now 5 of them: Laura, Raimund, Florian, Andreas und der kleinste Sprössling Leopold.
