Experiencing images

A visit to Döllerer’s worlds of pleasure involves much more than just a culinary voyage. Recently, guests have also been able to stroll through a new world of images developed in collaboration with the creative team at „wallpicture.at“ to mark our anniversary – ‘100 years of Döllerer’. The result is a visual concept which combines the traditional Döllerer approach with a modern new perspective.

Our guests can now encounter a new language of imagery in the rooms of Döllerer’s worlds of pleasure. This successful mix of old and contemporary can be seen on the staircase, in the seminar rooms and in our hotel rooms. Historical black and white photographs of Golling show the lives of our forefathers. These finds from an old family album formed the basis for designing the wall decoration. By combining them with new snaps of our family, photographed by renowned Vienna-based photographer Cathrine Stukhard, we created works of art which reflect moments in our personal and family history which we never wish to forget! Guests will also recognise some familiar faces during this new image tour – what else would you expect from a family business!
