Pleasure hike: A culinary walk with Andreas Döllerer.
During a visit to the Döllerer gourmet hotel, Andreas Döllerer takes you with him on a very personal journey through the alpine terrain of this region. Our mountains, alpine pastures and waters really have a great deal to offer chef and gourmet alike.
Pinzgau organic beef for instance. Or Tauern lamb. Bluntau char even. A short trip is all you need to see them grazing almost directly on the hotel doorstep, or see them dart past perkily in the stream. These four-legged creatures graze on local pastures, in the cool winds, enjoying peace and tranquillity and the best grasses and herbs; the char have a really great time in the crystal-clear, drinking water quality waters. So a walk really is a pleasurable experience! Especially for a chef like Andreas Döllerer. He is proud of where he comes from and relished the unique variety of produce on offer for his dishes. This is precisely why he named his gourmet range after this place - Cuisine Alpine.
At first this doesn’t really sound traditional , but with the background, that Andreas Döllerer already enjoys as a successful ‚summiteer‘ well beyond Austria’s borders and the fact that his delicious regional food has also been seasoned with a pinch of cosmopolitan charm, it’s fair enough to say that his new Cuisine Alpine brand is in touch with our tastes and international palates too.

We don’t want to give away too much, it would be a shame to spoil a nice surprise. But we can say one thing:
The menu will be a journey. Three journeys to be precise, in different sizes, or for journeys should it be length that we talk about?
Choose from the ’Short foray’ with five courses, the ’Long foray’ with nine courses or the ’A journey through Göll’ with twelve courses.
