Cooking requires a clear head, a free spirit and an open heart, Paul Gauguin once said. He said nothing about the perfectly equipped kitchen – which of course has a big part to play in the Döllerer’s pleasure realms.
The first-rate team based around Andreas Döllerer work their magic there - where the divine cooking art of the hotel is the order of the day; preparing unpretentious fantastic nibbles, right the way through to a toque-awarded menu for 1000 people. That this works, was shown once again the Festival ball in 2013, when the Döllerer provided the culinary treats for the second time.
Whether it is the lush pastures, the festival hotel, their own terrace or at another very special place – fine meals produced by the Döllerer’s Catering service are served where our guests desire.
