Döllerer’s home-made jams and syrups contain much more than just the finest ingredients. We invest a great deal of effort into our delicious spreads and drinks. We derive our organic cherries, for example, from the gardens of Giovanni Dri in Friuli and our fresh apricots from Wachau. But you would expect no less from a speciality shop like Döllerer’s butcher’s & delicatessen. It is our enthusiasm and passion for natural produce which really makes the difference in terms of flavour. Our fruits are cooked, stirred and expertly packed into jars with great dedication by our Sous-Chef Sandra Winter. This year, 4,000 jars of jam and chutney and bottles of juice are just waiting to bring a dose of sweetness to your everyday life!
