Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant

Toque-awarded chef Andreas Döllerer has been working on his creative and regional cuisine alpine, which he has presented to sophisticated gourmets from near and far in his both menus and à la carte, since 2004. Inside the Genießerrestaurant, where alpine charm goes along neatly with mondial esprit. And on the green terrace with a view of the wine garden.

Gourmet restaurant in Golling

A world of alpine indulgence right outside opens up for up to 80 guests at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. Every Tuesday to Friday from 7 to 9.30 pm and every Saturday from 12 am to 9.30 pm. The kitchen artists recharge their batteries on Sundays and Mondays. Döllerer’s gourmet cuisine is extended during the Salzburg Festival with cooking action from 12.30 pm until after the last Festival performance.
Two indulgence hikes await you in an upscale ambiance: Döllerer’s Gollüberquerung menu with nine courses and the Oberjoch menu with six courses. Choose from exquisite accompanying wines and non-alcoholic drinks after your fancy.

Döllerer’s wine selection & alpine bar

Master sommelier Alexander Koblinger and diploma-awarded sommelier Kathi Gnigler are responsible for the wine menu at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. The wine selection includes 2,500 items with a range of vintages that is hard to match. Look forward to classics and newcomers, long bottles and a wide selection of half-bottles! Non-alcoholic drinks and innovative drinks complete the range.
Döllerer’s alpine bar with fireplace and view of the wine garden & terrace is an enjoyable place all day. Whether for a coffee or a glass of sparkling wine before noon, small treats during the day, an exhilarating aperitif or digestif after a meal, the alpine bar is the meeting place for house guests and all connoisseurs from the surroundings.
