It requires a space where ideas can grow. In our Atelier (studio), your ideas combine with ours, whether it is in cooking courses, workshops, or seminars in small groups. Together we sort out the things that are important to you or leave the premises to you and your seminar participants for your own personal idea. We are open to everything, and have many years of experience in hosting and exquisite catering. So let's give your idea a home.
Meetings, seminars and everything else that needs a venue
You will find everything you need only 30 minutes from Salzburg. Our Atelier is located on the second floor of the main building. The stylish premises have space for up to 20 people. We also have a seminar room suitable for up to 12 people. The conference room of the Enoteca, equipped with its impressive wine library, even has space for up to 100 participants. The Armory of Golling Castle can host conferences with a maximum of 80 participants. With cinema seating for up to 350 people, the castle courtyard is the perfect setting for lectures or holding events. Equipped with the latest technology, all of these locations allow you to work creatively and intensely, and, above all, without being disturbed. In addition to our all-inclusive seminar packages, we will of course be happy to prepare individual offers for you. With or without overnight stays. With Inn Cuisine or Andreas Döllerer's Alpine Cuisine. We will create a tasteful setting according to your request.

Cooking classes with Andreas Döllerer
In a relaxed atmosphere, Andreas Döllerer will take you on a journey through Alpine Cuisine and his idea of home, all the while teaching you a trick or two for your own culinary adventures. Each cooking class has a theme and consists of several courses, to which there is of course always the appropriate wine accompaniment.
