You can reach our reception desk from Tuesday to Saturday between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and from Sunday to Monday between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. When our hotel is closed, we are available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Your rooms will be ready to occupy after 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and enjoy a cozy drink at our Alpin Bar or in Golling’s beautiful surroundings.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:30 a.m. at the latest. Depending on availability, late check-out is possible at an additional cost. Please inquire about this at our reception desk.

You can enjoy our deli breakfast and Andreas Döllerer’s alpine cuisine breakfast with us from Wednesday to Sunday.

WED – SUN: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (from 8:00 a.m. for outside breakfast guests)

We are pleased to give you the opportunity to park your car in our new parking garage for a fee of  € 15.00 per day. We will be happy to bring your car to the parking garage for you. For a surcharge of € 5.00 you can charge your e-car once a day in the garage.

For short visits, we recommend parking at the Egelsee parking lot or in the short-term parking zone in Golling. Please note that the short-term parking zones shown in Markt Golling apply Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You can park for 90 minutes free of charge using a parking meter.

The Golling-Abtenau train station is approx. 500 meters and a 7-minute walk from the Döllerer Original Building. You can reach the Döllerer Original Building from the Salzburg Airport in about 25 minutes. The distance is 33 kilometers.

If you need a taxi or shuttle, we will of course organize this for you with our cooperation partners. Since the taxi companies are stationed in Golling, Hallein and Salzburg, we ask that you notify the reception desk well ahead of time.

Our parking garage has charging options for both e-cars and e-bikes. We charge a flat rate of € 15.00 per day for charging your e-car. There is no cost to charge your e-bike.

Our parking garage is only accessible to hotel guests with a room card and there is storage space for your bicycle and a charging station for e-bikes.

You can pay in every location in the Döllerer Original Building with debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex, Diners and with cash and Döllerer vouchers. For booking rooms and packages as well as cooking courses and events, deposits can be made in the form of bank transfers or with a credit card.

Vouchers should be redeemed within 2 years. Vouchers with defined services may be subject to a price change. Any difference that may arise must be paid when redeemed.

Döllerer vouchers can also be partially redeemed. Redemption is possible in all Döllerer businesses as well as in the online shop or in Döllerer’s ticket shops.

Room, package and event bookings must be canceled in writing – preferably by email. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Important note:

Entrance tickets for the Burg Golling Art & Culinary Festival or the Salzburg Festival that were purchased as part of hotel reservations are not subject to these cancellation conditions. These cards CANNOT be returned. 
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply in the currently valid version, which we will be happy to send to you upon request.
We would like to politely point out that we can only accept WRITTEN cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

We have rooms in which there is enough space in the bedroom for wheelchair access. Some of the bathrooms can be accessed by wheelchair, but unfortunately they do not meet the criteria for complete accessibility. Please contact our reception desk for more detailed information.

If you would like to spend your vacation with your four-legged friend, your pet is of course very welcome. We charge € 30.00 per dog per day and ask that you notify us shortly before arrival. Dogs are also allowed in the Restaurant, Inn and Enoteca facilities.

We offer free WiFi with unlimited download volumes throughout the hotel.

The spa area can be used from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you would like to use our sauna or infrared cabin, please let us know 20 minutes in advance.

In the Döllerer Inn you can enjoy traditional Salzburg and Austrian cuisine at the two-chef hat level. You are welcome to dine à la carte or choose our menu suggestions from the three, four our five course menu. For a special culinary delight, there is our Almwinkel menu, which pampers your palate with 6 surprise courses. Naturally, we also offer you a suitable drink or wine pairing.

Our restaurant serves the award-winning “Alpine Cuisine” by Andreas Döllerer. Two gourmet hikes await you in the upscale ambience of Döllerers Restaurant: the Göllüberquerung menu with seven courses and the Oberjoch menu with four courses. You can put together your own gourmet hike from our à la carte menu “Best of Alpine Cuisine”. Depending on your mood, you can choose between exquisite wine accompaniment, from our wine list or non-alcoholic drinks.

Every Saturday lunchtime you can enjoy our restaurant cuisine at pub prices! At the Alpine Lunch we invite you to take a culinary walk à la Alpine Cuisine to get to know it. NOTE: Please reserve your table using the code word “ALPINE-LUNCH”!

Our chefs will of course be happy to prepare a vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian menu for you. Our kitchen team also creates a specially adapted menu for people with lactose, gluten or other intolerances/allergies. Please let us know in advance of any allergies/intolerances or eating habits so we can cater to your individual wishes and prepare accordingly.

We are happy to serve you an alcohol-free option on request. If a package has already been booked or you would like to pay with a voucher that includes a wine option, the value of such a voucher will be gladly offset against the alcohol-free option.

For events, seminars, private celebrations or company events, we have just the right room or location for almost any group size. Our food service offers space for a maximum of 180 people, divided between our Restaurant and Inn.

In addition, the following rooms are available to you at the Döllerer facility:

Döllerer’s studio offers space for up to 22 people, our seminar room for up to 15 people, and Döllerer’s lounge for up to 14 people.

Alternatively, you can also book the Döllerer Enoteca and Burg Golling facilities for your events, seminars and celebrations. We would be pleased to prepare an individual offer for your event, including culinary options and an exciting support program.
