Alpine Cuisine (live & experience it)
In a relaxed atmosphere, Andreas Döllerer takes you to experience Alpine Cuisine and his understanding of home and at the same time teaches you a trick or two about what is important when cooking. Each cooking class has a theme and consists of several courses, which are of course always accompanied by the appropriate wine.
A day dedicated to Alpine Cuisine
The day's cooking class starts at 9.30 a.m., preferably after a good coffee in Döllerer's Alpine Bar in order to wake up all spirits. And then it's straight down to business. Each cooking class has a specific theme and Andreas Döllerer tells interesting facts about the products from the Salzburg region.
After the completion of a course, it may be tasted with a matching wine accompaniment. Then it's back to the kitchen and on with the tasty journey. Over the course of the day, a multi-course menu is created. Included in the cooking class are the multi-course menu with wine by the glass, coffee, mineral water as well as recipe notes and tastings during the cooking. End of the cooking course is around 3.00 p.m. The price per person and class is € 270.00* (*except for the truffle cooking class which is € 320.00).
