Döllerer's Catering
The first-class team around gourmet chef Andreas Döllerer always cooks up when the virtuoso culinary art of the house is in demand - from ingenious finger food to delicious buffets and gourmet menus. From a small bite to eat to a festive, multi-course menu: All kinds of delicacies from the region and the world are served.
You can spoil up to 1,000 guests with our catering service. Are you planning a romantic wedding in the garden or a large company event, a small birthday party in your home, or a big family reunion in a very special place that connects everyone? Whether it be a small group or a huge party: the culinary artists from Döllerer’s Catering will spoil all your guests with delicacies from the gourmet kitchen. And of course we also provide the drinks to match the cuisine, as well as perfect service. Carry out every event in an enjoyable way and delight even the most demanding gourmets.
When it comes to creating the catering, your wishes are our mission, which also applies to the budget of course. You will receive a detailed offer according to your ideas and possibilities, exactly fitting your event. Four unique places to celebrate
Throughout the year we celebrate, frequently and exuberantly. There is actually always a good reason to celebrate: whether it is a wedding, a birthday or a company party, a church holiday or the festival at the Burg Golling (Golling Castle), or simply life. We have exceptional venues, ample space and tasteful ideas for the culinary design of your celebration.
The two rooms in Döllerer's Wirtshaus (Inn) can each seat 40 guests. The rustic stone vault and inviting wooden tables give the location a rural festive mood. The Wirtshaus has already experienced many festivals and celebrations: Enjoy traditional Salzburg coziness and the best of regional inn cuisine!
If you are planning a wedding celebration or a round birthday in finer surroundings, the restaurant is the right place for you. Up to 80 guests will find a stylish place to enjoy the specialties from Andreas Döllerer's Alpine Cuisine and to celebrate to the full. Of course, we will coordinate the decoration and floral arrangements with you and provide you with suitable menu suggestions.
For smaller events, our private room next to the restaurant or the Atelier (studio) on the first floor of our main building offer sufficient possibilities to give your celebration an intimate setting.
At the Enoteca in Kuchl you can celebrate festivities and parties with 60-150 guests in a casual, informal atmosphere. Sitting or standing, indoors or outdoors, surrounded by the wine library, or with a view of the mountains: the Enoteca is the perfect place for birthday parties and company celebrations in a relaxed atmosphere.
You want to celebrate in a historic building? Then we will be happy to serve you and up to 100 guests in the castle hall! This 13th century castle is located on an elevation in the middle of Golling and is a particularly romantic and atmospheric place for festivities, such as weddings for example.
