We do not follow any particular dogma in our selection of wines. We try and taste everything that catches our interests and that is new and exciting in the wine world. This world is always moving and never stays still, although, strictly speaking the moment the wine touches the tongue is more like taking a look back. Back to the year the wine was grown and the circumstances in which it developed.

The Döllerer wine assortment comprises more than 5,000 labels and over 260 producers. There is a story behind every bottle. So it's a good idea to maintain an overview of what is going on and to let your instincts and the nuances of the wine guide you in your selection. When does which wine reach the point of optimum flavor, which goes well with a vegetarian meal, and what is the best way to build up a well-stocked wine cellar? Over the past 35 years, we have helped create wine lists, equipped cellars, clearing up with prejudices and provided surprises.
